Halloween Me Baby.

First off, I hope all the “sexy ____” (fill in the blank- with any costume a female will attempt to make appropriate for Halloween) made it home safe and sound! Of course we know all the fish nets and Vicky Secrets lingerie were on and poppin Saturday. New York, man what can I say, it’s the place to be!! Im sayin tho, I have nothing but wonderful memories about that lovely city. I mean of course, besides the normal wack a$$ dudes tryna holla in the subway or the outta pocket ladies who insist on wearing spandex- which are a privilege, not a option- with their uggs, I had the time of my life!! Dnt get me wrong, I’m probably gunna get my yearly subscription of uggs (dnt judge)– but not on Halloween baby girls. Long story short, there’s no way I can’t move out to the city that never sleeps! From what I remember that night, the parade was definitely something to remember, and the chicken at Papaya (in the ville) was fried to perfection!!!

Mann, I’ll tell you, I cant get enough of this lil guy. My nephew is such a breath of fresh air!!! Granted he is my big sissy’s first born, but hey with a dimples like his you can’t help but allow your heart to melt! (I sure can’t)

Jamaica My Weekend

Ahh! Finally, I finally uploaded the pictures from last weekend’s 12th Annual Jamaica My Weekend festival in Fresno, CA. I mean honestly did it really have to be 99 + degrees??!?! I haven’t felt weather like that in a hot minute (psh, thx global warming for not blessing me with the wonderful weather of my childhood summers). Granted, I do live between cities and with one of them being Daly City, pretty much one of the foggiest cities on the planet and working downtown, office life (sigh..) not the perfect combo for getting rays. However it’s always nice to finally get some time to enjoy the amazing California sunshine!! Lately I feel like I’ve definitely been on the go, so getting a chance to enjoy a great reggae festival (with my bf performing) was right up my alley. The music from 7th St Band (based in Berkeley), Legendary Mr. Garth Dennis , and some other cool performances were amazing, food was organic (always a plus), and the vibes were right on point! Backstage, was super chill, happy people all around. What a blessing.
