After a draining morning .. and 3 interviews later I hadda have a pick me up. My co worker Soraya put me on this delish dish. Plain yogurt mixed with Vanilla yogurt w Strawberries and Orange Blossom honey– can you you say yum!

So I hadn’t rode my bike in a few days so I was itchin to get on the road. So I called my boy Seb and headed to his house for a little adventure. He choose our end destination– Lake Merced and the route and we were off. Hadda nice ride through the city although I wasn’t as beasty as Seb ridin w the cars on Brotherhood– I got kinda nervous =). Soon ill be out riding with the best of em. We ended up riding for 5.3 miles (SCORE!) And hadda good time! Plus we had a gorgeous view of the water, I even put on my blinking back light on my bike like a champ! Ha!
